Lamb Panorama at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art

At last I’m delighted to announce that the incredible moving panorama London to Hong Kong in Two Hours, painted in 1860 by my grandfathers John Lamb Primus and John Lamb Secundus, was acquired in 2018 by the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles.

You can read all about the panorama here. You can also view a 15 minute video of the whole panorama in motion, in much the same way as it was seen by its original Victorian audiences.

I’m very much looking forward to visiting the Lucas Museum, when it opens, to see my family’s treasured heirloom at its new home.
